22.4.3.2 ST_Cy

The ST_Cy simple type defines the cy element as a currency variant type with exactly four digits after the decimal point.

This simple type’s contents are a restriction of the W3C XML Schema string datatype.

This simple type also

specifies the following restrictions:

  • This simple type’s contents shall match the following regular expression pattern: \s*[0-9]*.[0-
  • 9]{4}\s*.
