22.1.3.8 ST_LimLoc

Limits can be in one of two positions: Under-Over (undOvr - above and below the base), and Subscript- Superscript (subSup - positioned to the side of the base, in the position of subscripts and superscripts).

This simple type’s contents are a restriction of the W3C XML Schema string datatype.
