This element specifies how many tick marks shall be skipped before the next one shall be drawn.

Specifies the how many tick marks shall be skipped before the next one shall be drawn. Shall contain an integer greater than or equal to one.

The possible values for this attribute are defined by the ST_Skip simple type (21.2.3.44).
