This element specifies the amount a 3-D chart shall be rotated in the Y direction.

Specifies the amount a 3-D chart shall be rotated in the Y direction. Shall contain an integer between 0 and 360.

The possible values for this attribute are defined by the ST_RotY simple type (21.2.3.39).
