This element specifies an alpha replace effect.

Effect alpha (opacity) values are replaced by a fixed alpha.

Attributes

a (Alpha)

Specifies the new opacity value.

The possible values for this attribute are defined by the ST_PositiveFixedPercentage simple type (20.1.10.45).
