This element specifies a tint effect. Shifts effect color values towards/away from hue by the specified amount.

Attributes

hue (Hue)

Specifies the hue towards which to tint.

The possible values for this attribute are defined by the ST_PositiveFixedAngle simple type (20.1.10.44).

amt (Amount)

Specifies by how much the color value is shifted.

The possible values for this attribute are defined by the ST_FixedPercentage simple type (20.1.10.24).
